POLICY SERVICE
Many Christian schools and not-for-profits share the same compliance obligations. Rather than everyone writing the same policy, or a busy staff member trying to find the time to write and implement the policy, I can do the writing and other policy services for you.
I have structured this service to suit the budgetary needs of each organisation:
I have structured this service to suit the budgetary needs of each organisation:
TIER 1
Basic policy document text with generic labels so that the person responsible for tailoring it to the organisation can 'search and replace' the policy text to suit their circumstances. This is the basic entry level service.
TIER 2
I can replicate your policy format and/or corporate style guide so that the policy you receive from me looks just like one of your own - or as close to it as I can get it. If you don't have a policy format and layout (or a corporate style guide), I will develop a policy template for you which contains the school logo and other content. Tier 2 includes Tier 1 services.
TIER 3
I will interview key people (by phone or email) to finalise the policy for your school. Tier 3 includes Tier 1 and 2 services.
TIER 4
I will prepare training materials (explanatory notes or PowerPoint slides) for your implementation. Tier 4 is separate to Tiers 1 to 3. I can also provide a fee proposal to provide the training of your staff if you wish.
